How to Get HereThe chorus meets for rehearsal every Wednesday night from 7:15 P.M. to 10:15 P.M. in the basement assembly hall of the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church , located at the South-West corner of 33rd Avenue and Ulloa Street in the Sunset district of the City (Zip: 94116). Thirty-third Avenue is 14 blocks West of Nineteenth Avenue, the major artery connecting the Golden Gate Bridge with areas South of the City, such as Daly City, and San Francisco Airport. Ulloa Street is one block South of Taraval Street. [NOTE: Along Nineteenth Avenue, Southbound, starting one block South of Golden Gate Park at Irving Street, the streets are named alphabetically all the way to Wawona Street.] I hope the link to the Yahoo Map, below, will work in your browser. If not, point your browser to http://maps.yahoo.com. Just enter 33rd Avenue At Ulloa Street in the first field, and San Francisco, CA 94116 in the second one. I hope it is useful. If you use the URL above or the link below, you can get detailed driving directions from wherever you are starting at. But, it doesn't know of any road closures and the like. Click here for a weather forecast  IF YOU'RE COMING BY CARFrom NorthWhen coming into the City from the North, Highway 101 crosses the Golden Gate Bridge ($5.00 toll). Stay right at the toll booths and take the "101 South" exit through the tunnel which leads you through the Presidio to Presidio Park Boulevard. A few blocks later, you'll be going through Golden Gate Park. Just follow the traffic and you'll end up on Nineteenth Avenue going South and the first street you'll pass is Lincoln, then Irving, Judah, and on South to Ulloa. Make a right at Ulloa, proceed to 33rd Avenue and seek on-street parking in the general neighborhood. The entrance to the meeting hall is on the 33rd Avenue side of the church.From East BayFrom Oakland, Highway 80 crosses the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Take the Highway 101 South ramp, look for Highway 280 South, then Alemany Blvd. which becomes Brotherhood Way. Make a right on Sunset Blvd., then a right on Ulloa Street and proceed three blocks to 33rd Avenue and seek parking in the general neighborhood. The entrance to the meeting hall is on the 33rd Avenue side of the church.From SouthHighway 280 North takes you to Junipero Serra Boulevard. Make a left at Brotherhood Way (Westbound), and then a right on Sunset Blvd. Make a right on Ulloa Street and proceed three blocks to 33rd Avenue and seek parking in the general neighborhood. Go upstairs and pass through the turnstile, cross over to the MUNI turnstile (pay $1.25 in change, push button for transfer -- NOTE: $.35 for seniors), go down to the "Outbound" tracks and take the following train:The L-Taraval Get off of the L-Taraval MUNI train at 32nd Avenue and walk one block South to Ulloa Street, then one block West to 33rd Avenue.
